LCC is equipped with a full range of high voltage test and metering and relaying test equipment. These testing facilities make LCC ahead of its peers in test and commissioning supervision work.

LCC operates a central in-house computer network on PC and sectional printers. The computer network is backed up by technical staff available on call to resolve computer problems.
